The goal was to improve communication and boost cross-functional collaboration based on the company’s vision through an internal campaign.
Each graphic style was focused on different teams and departments, based on their internal focus and group culture.
Following the campaign, average satisfaction ratings rose from 4.1 to 4.7 (12% increase) according to team surveys. These gains are reflected in stronger team performance and an improved workplace environment.
